5,Character:It is a mixture composed by different calcium phosphate. Its main component is10CaO.3PO5· H2O. Molecular weight is 1004.64. It is white amorphous powder,  odorless, stabilizing in air . Relative density is 3.18.
6,Usage:In food industry, it is used as anticoagulant ,nutritional supplement(calcium intensifier), PH regulator and buffering agent, the additivesin powder milk, candy, pudding and so on.
