Character: Colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal. Odorless with a cool, salty, and bitter taste. Relative density of 2.65. Stable in damp air under 48. Easily effloresces in warm and hot air. Soluble in water and glycerine, slightly soluble in ethanol. Neutral aqueous solution.
Usage: Used in the food industry as a nutritional supplement, solidification agent, flavor enhancer, process helper, and brew additive. Improves fermentation in brewing and enhances the taste of synthesized drinks. Also adjusts water hardness.
Packing: Packed in polyethylene inner bags and composite paper outer bags, each weighing 25kg.
