Primarily used as yeast nutrients for beer brewing. It is commonly mixed with sodium bicarbonate after use, with a recommended dosage of approximately 25% of sodium bicarbonate or 10-20g/kg of wheat flour. Mainly utilized in bread, biscuits, and other baked goods.
