Usage: Used in food processing as a buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer, antioxidant, emulsifier, and flavoring. Suitable for dairy products, jelly, jam, meat, tinned pastry, cheese, and oranges. In pharmaceuticals, it treats hypokalemia, potassium depletion, and urine alkalization.
