Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone PVP K30 K90 is a white to milky white, odorless or barely odorless hygroscopic fine powder. Povidone with a K value less than or equal to 30, prepared by spray drying, is spherical. Povidone with a K-90 or higher K value, prepared by a rotary drum dryer, is flaky. Povidone solution can also be used as a coating material. Additionally, povidone serves as a suspension aid, stabilizer, or viscosifier.
