Usage: In the food industry, used as a swelling agent, dough regulator, buffering agent, modifier, firming agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent.
Packing: Packed in polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. Net weight of each bag is 25kg.
