Description: White crystalline granules or powder with a distinctive acetic acid smell. Deliquescent in nature, highly soluble in water (1g/ml), forming acetic acid with a concentration of 42.25%. The pH value of a 10% aqueous solution ranges between 4.5 and 5.0. It decomposes when heated to 150ºC and is flammable.
